Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are conditional from being returned or refund. Wallpaper, floor stickers, and wall stickers usually are shipped with at least 0.5m extra length in the roll. The more quantity you order, the more extra length you will get. This means even if the surface of the roll is damaged, you still have more than enough to use. If you have shown that the damaged area is making you have less length than you actually ordered, you are eligible for our refund and returns policy.

Also, for wallpaper, floor stickers, and wall stickers or other products that are sent in rolls, we usually combine the same color into one roll without cutting. If you order multiple colors, we sometimes pack everything into a roll (with cutting by different color). This is the best method to prevent harm during transport. Please open everything when you receive one roll instead of reporting missing item. The product might be hided in one roll for protection instead of missing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Simply let us know and we will take care of the rest.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Missing items

Please let us know if there are missing items. We may send you the missing product or give you refund for the missing product.

If you order floor stickers, wallpaper or wall stickers, the product is usually packed in a roll for protection. Instead of claiming missing items, please DO open the roll and check. You might find the right length you need with each color you need. We may send you a whole roll without cutting for same color. This will give you more flexibility when you install. You may cut according to the actual size you need. If you order multiple colors, we may put all of them in a roll for protection during transport. Please Do open the roll and check.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If you order floor stickers, wallpapers or wall stickers, we usually send you some extra length for free. Damage during transport is not very often but it may happen. If you received the product and find some damage in the surface, please do not worry. We usually send you extra length to allow for damage during transport. Discarding the damaged area, you still have more than enough length.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us for the returning address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item before the parcel is delivered and received. If the reason of return is due to the product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. If not, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
